Vendor Terms

What a seller agrees to when they apply to list products in the CupCura vendor directory. Version 2026-10-21.

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms apply to businesses and individuals who apply through the vendor portal to list products in the CupCura vendor directory. They sit alongside the general Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

What the directory is

The directory is a list of products submitted by their sellers. CupCura checks each listing before it appears, but does not buy, test, rate or recommend the products in it. Every listing is labelled as seller-submitted, and none appears among CupCura's editorial gear recommendations, editor's picks or comparisons.

CupCura does not sell anything in the directory. Readers follow your link to buy from you, and you are responsible for the sale, delivery, returns, customer service and the law that applies to them. Listing is currently free, and CupCura takes no commission on directory sales.

Who can apply

You need a CupCura account and a real business or trading identity. CupCura may approve, decline or ask for changes to an application, and does not have to give reasons, although it will usually say what is missing.

What a listing may say

  • Describe the product accurately: what it is, what it is made of, where it comes from, and what it costs if you give a price.
  • Use only images you own or are licensed to use, and say who took them.
  • Make no health, medical or weight-loss claims. Statements that a drink treats, cures or prevents any condition, or is safe for pregnancy, children or people on medication, will be removed.
  • Make no claims you cannot support, such as "best", "number one" or "award-winning" without the award named.
  • Link only to the product on your own site or an official store, over https.
  • Keep prices and availability current, or leave them out. They are shown as your figures, not CupCura's.

Moderation

New listings, and material changes to approved ones (name, description, images, link, identifiers), go back to review before they appear. CupCura may reject, unpublish or suspend a listing or a vendor at any time, for example if a listing is inaccurate, a link stops working or leads somewhere unsafe, or a complaint is upheld. Each decision and its reason is shown in your portal.

Your account and team

The person who applies is the vendor's owner and can add staff, who can manage listings but cannot change the vendor's profile or team. You are responsible for what anyone on your team submits. Contact details you give us stay private, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ending

You can withdraw a listing or close your vendor profile at any time from the portal or by emailing info@cupcura.com. CupCura may close the directory, or change these terms, with notice in the portal. Listings submitted under an older version stay subject to it until you next edit them.

Status of this document

This is a plain-language draft prepared with the launch of the directory and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms of Service, the Terms of Service apply.
