Contact
Corrections, licensing, privacy requests, and security reports all reach the same inbox.

Every message goes to one address:
info@cupcura.com
There is no contact form on this site, and that is deliberate: a form would mean routing your name and message through a third-party service. Emailing directly means your message goes to us and passes through nothing in between.
What to include
Corrections. Tell us the page URL and what is wrong. If you have a source, include it. Corrections to cultivar attributions, regional detail, caffeine ranges, and safety notes are especially welcome, and we act on them.
Privacy and data requests. Say which right you are exercising under the GDPR or CCPA. See the Privacy Policy for what we actually hold, which is very little. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Image licensing. If you are the rights holder of a photograph used here and the attribution is wrong or the licence is misapplied, tell us and we will correct or remove it promptly.
Security disclosures. Report vulnerabilities privately rather than publicly. We will respond and will not pursue good-faith researchers. See the acceptable-use section of the Terms of Service.
Commercial enquiries. Note that editorial placement is not for sale — see the Affiliate Disclosure for what that means in practice.
What we cannot help with
Being straightforward about this saves everyone time:
- Individual medical questions. We cannot advise on whether a beverage is safe for your condition, medication or pregnancy. That requires someone who knows your history — a pharmacist, physician or registered dietitian. Every health page on this site says the same thing, and it is not a formality.
- Paid placement. Editorial position is not for sale at any price. See the Affiliate Disclosure for what that means in practice.
- Guest posts and link insertion. We do not publish outside contributions or add links to existing pages in exchange for payment or reciprocal linking.
- Retailer order issues. If you bought something after following a link from here, the retailer holds your order, payment and returns. We have no visibility into it and cannot intervene.
Reporting an error well
Corrections are the messages we most want to receive, and a well-formed one gets acted on faster. The most useful reports include the page URL, the specific claim that is wrong, and what it should say instead. A source helps but is not required — a knowledgeable "this cultivar attribution is wrong, here is why" is entirely actionable on its own.
We are particularly interested in corrections to regional and cultural detail. Much of this catalogue describes growing regions and preparation traditions that belong to communities we are writing about rather than from. If we have described something inaccurately, or framed a tradition carelessly, we would rather hear it directly and fix it.
Response times
We aim to reply within a few working days for editorial matters, and within 30 days for formal data-rights requests under the GDPR or CCPA.
Security disclosures are prioritised and acknowledged as quickly as we can manage. Please do not disclose publicly before we have had a chance to respond.
No tracking on this page
Emailing us is not logged, tagged or added to any list. CupCura runs no mailing list, no CRM and no contact database — your message reaches an inbox and nothing else. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail on what the site does and does not collect.
