Health and safety disclaimer

This is the most important section on the page.

All health benefits, contraindications, caffeine figures, and botanical safety notes on CupCura are published for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

Specifically:

• Caffeine figures are estimates. The milligram values shown are typical ranges for a stated serving size. Actual caffeine in your cup varies substantially with cultivar, harvest, roast level, grind, water temperature, brew time, and dose. Treat every figure as a comparative guide, not a measurement of what you are drinking.
• Botanical infusions are not automatically safe. Herbs are pharmacologically active. Several plants covered on this site interact with prescription medication, are contraindicated in pregnancy, or carry documented risks with sustained use. Kava, in particular, has been associated with hepatotoxicity in some jurisdictions.
• Consult a professional before making changes if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, managing GERD or a cardiac arrhythmia, taking any prescription medication, or treating an anxiety disorder.

Intellectual property

Editorial text, flavor assessments, comparison data, and the site design are the property of CupCura. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish pages wholesale, or scrape the catalog to build a competing dataset, without written permission.

Photography is licensed from third parties. Each image carries its own credit and licence, shown beneath it on the page. Those licences — largely Creative Commons variants — belong to the original photographers and travel with the image, not with CupCura.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it for anything unlawful.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to info@cupcura.com rather than disclosing it publicly. We will respond and will not pursue action against good-faith researchers.
