What it does
- Washed Heirloom Process
- Light-Medium Roast
- High Altitude 2000m+
- Fresh Specialty Roast
Who it suits
- anyone who grinds at home, since whole beans keep their flavour longer than ground coffee
- brewing where you already control grind size, water and time
Who should skip it
- anyone without a grinder, unless the listing says the coffee is already ground
- very hot water with a long contact time, which tends to over-extract any roast
The thing worth knowing
Roast date matters more than any other number on the bag: coffee tends to taste best from roughly four days to four weeks after roasting. Store it sealed, away from light, heat and moisture.

What we have not done
We have not independently tested this product. The description above is compiled from the manufacturer’s published specification and from what the category demands, and it is written to tell you who the equipment suits rather than to sell it. Where we have no first-hand experience, we say so rather than inventing a star rating.
