A clean, slightly sweet highland green tea from Vietnam’s northwestern Moc Chau district, made from the Shan Tuyet cultivar with a mild vegetal character.
Moc Chau is a highland district in Son La Province in northwestern Vietnam, at elevations between 800 and 1,500 m. The cool climate and red basalt soils produce a tea leaf with good aromatic development.
